Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri Dixit is a well-known Indian actress best known for her role in the films 'Beta'"Saajan," and 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun ..!' She started her career in the 80s and was a hit with her appearance in the film 'Tezaab', in which she appeared with veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the film 'Dil she played with Aamir Khan. Born into a middle-class family in Mumbai She began to learn dance as a child. She attempted acting when she was young however, it wasn't an easy task. The majority of her initial films were unsuccessful. Then she found success and went on to become a prominent actor in the Indian film industry. She took a break from her profession following her wedding and then returned to the entertainment business. Recently, she was featured in the film "Gulaab Gang" that focused on the triumphs and struggles of women from India. Dixit has been nominated fifteen times for Filmfare Awards. Eight of the awards she received were for her. She also received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian honour. She is also well-known for her social works.
