Lars Mikkelsen

Lars MikkelsenAt the age of 27 He enrolled at the National Theatre School of Denmark. He graduated in 1994. In addition to his role as The Killing's lead actor He also appeared in two other internationally acclaimed Danish dramas, Those Who Kill, and Borgen III. He also played in episodes of the BBC drama Sherlock as Charles Augustus Magnussen (blackmailer). In the American television series House of Cards, his character was the President of Russia.
